Victory Knives are hand crafted in New Zealand from quality high carbon European steel. These high carbon steel blades are harder and have a finer grain structure than stainless blades making them sharper and allowing them to hold an edge for longer.
This Shepherds set includes

90mm long x 11mm diameter steel for sharpening
3mm thick curved leather sheath with belt loops
The leather sheath varies in colour and will be either black or dark brown depending on stock availability. This knife comes with a black handle NOT wood like in picture.
